• What we collect: what you enter in the sample form (name, email, social handle, character details, reference images) and any emails you send us.
• Why: to make your sample and your weekly packs, and to contact you about them.
• Sharing: we never sell your data. Reference images and prompts are processed by the AI tools we use to create your content, and our web host (Cloudflare) handles site traffic. That's it.
• Retention: we delete your references and files within 90 days after we stop working together, or sooner if you ask.
• Your choices: email hello@thepromptsmiths.com to see, correct or delete your data.
• Cookies/analytics: only what's needed to run the site. No ad trackers.
